Private Yoga Classes

I am passionate about offering people the best yoga tools to benefit their unique minds and bodies. I believe this is best done individually, by designing a customized practice for your specific goals in person. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am only offering private yoga classes. As far as families, couples, or people living in quarantine together, I am open to offering small group sessions. To schedule a yoga session, please email me a date and time that works for you.

How to Prepare for First Private Yoga Class

1. You must sign and date the waiver. If you can't print it out at home, I will provide the waiver at the studio.

2. You must provide your own yoga mat. This is the yoga mat I recommend based on its thickness and length.
3. You must provide your own yoga blocks. These are my favorite yoga blocks for support. 
​4. You must provide your own yoga straps. ​These are the yoga straps I recommend based on their high quality.
I will provide blankets and chairs that will be cleaned and sterilized after every use. I understand that practicing yoga while wearing a mask can be difficult for some. Therefore, wearing a face mask during a private session is not required. However, I will be wearing a face mask for your protection. At this time, Thai body work sessions and prenatal sessions are currently unavailable to schedule. 

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not schedule a session for the wellbeing of our community.
